CAGES
In general,JYL cages are pressed steel ribbon cages & pressed steel snap cages. For extra-high speed application, synthetic-resin, stainless steel, nylons will be used upon request.
SEALS & SHIELDS
SPCC are mainly used for JYL shields, also catbon steel & stainless steel can be used. Buna Nitrile is standard sealing material we use, while fluorocabon, silicone, and teflon seals are commonly specified for high temperatures.
LUBRICATION
Different types of greases can be supplies for shielded & sealed bearing and oil for open bearings. Details pls refer to Page 9 for more reference.
